a. If there is an error on our part, we will take full responsibility for the mistake and provide a credit to your Goat Transfers account and/or offer you a reprint.
3. Damaged or Defective Products

b. We will work with you to resolve any issues related to damaged or defective products.
4. Non-Returnable Items
a. Customized or personalized products are non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective in which case we will offer a reprint.
5. Delays and Shipping Refunds
a. We are not responsible for any delays in the delivery of your order caused by the courier or acts of God (such as inclement weather and natural disasters).
b. Shipping charges, including those for expedited or international shipping, are non-refundable unless there is an error on our part.
